Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Kolkata, India. As an integral part of our sales department, you will support the Director of Sales in driving revenue, managing client relationships, and securing new business opportunities. This role offers an exciting chance to contribute to our company's growth while developing your sales leadership skills in a vibrant market.

• Assist the Director of Sales in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential clients
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports
• Organize and conduct client meetings, property tours, and site inspections as needed
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments
• Mentor and support junior sales team members
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Good communication and customer relationship management skills
• Service-oriented with an eye for details
