The person will provide operational and administrative support in planning, developing, and allocation of sales promotion materials. He would act as the link between the marketing, purchase / procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination & Support
  • Assist in preparing promotional material plans and schedules.
  • Co-ordinate with design, printing, and vendor teams to track progress.
  • Ensure timely dispatch plan of promotional materials.
  • Documentation & Tracking
  • Maintain records of promotional material requests, approvals, and distribution.
  • Track inventory levels of brochures, flyers, POS displays.
  • Prepare status reports for management on material availability and usage.
  • Quality & Compliance
  • Support in proofreading and reviewing promotional content.
  • Monitoring
  • Help monitor costs of promotional material .

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Good communication skills for coordination across teams.

Educational & Professional Background

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Marketing, Business, or related field).
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing support, sales coordination, or material planning.
