Purpose:


To conduct internal audits across various functions to ensure compliance with organization’s policies and processes to identify areas for improvement in internal control and risk management.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Conduct audits of Marketing and Plant locations.
  • Perform audits and identify control gaps.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, processes, and statutory requirements.
  • Interact with various departments during audits.
  • Preparation of Draft audit reports highlighting observations, risks, and recommendations.
  • Preparation of Audit Committee Folder and distribution. Monitoring all subsequent changes and updating the folder accordingly till board meeting.
  • Outstation Audit tours 8-12 days in a month.


KEY Performance Indicators:


  • Completion of Audit as per Audit Plan.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and report-writing skills.


Qualification:


A Chartered Accountant having over 2 years’ experience in Internal Audit and Risk Assessment.

  • Skill in analyzing financial and operational data to detect anomalies.
  • Proficiency in using SAP and MS Excel for data analytics.
  • Maintaining proper audit documentation and working papers.
  • Uses logical reasoning to identify root causes and business impact. Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in audit work.
