Position: Assistant Manager - Marketplace

Location : Bangalore ( BTM layout Stage 2)

Overview: Lead the Marketplace vertical Pan‐India with end‐to‐end responsibility for supply growth, regional

performance, and execution, while directly managing and driving all Regional BDs to ensure consistent growth

across every active region.

What you will do:


● Marketplace (Supply‐Led): Take full responsibility for marketplace performance with primary focus on supply

growth, regional expansion, and execution excellence.

● Team Leadership & Management: Directly manage all Regional BDs, set targets, review performance, and ensure

region wise growth delivery.

● Pan India Regional Growth Accountability: Drive growth across all existing regions, ensuring every region delivers

month‐on‐month supply and revenue expansion.

● Supply Acquisition & Scaling: Drive onboarding of new operators, and deeper route coverage through BD teams.

● Operator & Partner Management: Build and manage strong relationships with key operators.

● Commercial & Margin Discipline: Ensure supply growth happens within approved commercial and margin

frameworks.

● Performance Tracking & Governance: Track region‐wise KPIs, operator performance, and BD productivity take

corrective actions where needed.

● Cross‐Functional Execution: Coordinate with Sales, Ops, Pricing, and Tech teams to convert supply growth into

stable revenue.

● Product & Operator Experience Enablement : Work closely with Product and Tech teams to enhance the Operator

Dashboard, capturing operator expectations and business requirements to improve usability, adoption, and


operational efficiency.


What we are looking for:

● Strong negotiation and operator communication skills

● Proficiency in Google Sheets and MIS reporting

● Ability to work independently across regions

● Target‐driven with strong execution bias

● Comfortable with travel and on‐ground supply building

  • ● Tamil and Telugu proficiency is mandatory
