Assistant Manager – HR Talent Acquisition
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Hybrid work: 3 days in office)
Experience Required: ~6 – 10 years (mostly in volume / non‑IT hiring)
Salary: Competitive, up to ~₹6 – 10 LPA (indicative)
🧑💼 Job Summary
You will own and drive the end‑to‑end talent acquisition function for multiple business units, especially focusing on volume hiring across non‑IT sectors like BFSI, Retail, BPO, Telecom, Shared Services, and Captive Centers. You’ll be the key recruitment lead, coordinating with internal stakeholders and mentoring junior recruiters.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers, and onboarding.
- Lead volume / mass hiring operations for diverse roles.
- Source candidates via job portals, networking, employee referrals, social media, and internal databases.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and internal business stakeholders.
- Understand hiring needs and align recruitment plans with business goals.
- Handle stakeholder escalations and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Strategy & Analytics
- Drive hiring strategies using data, analytics, and recruitment metrics.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs like time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, and quality of hire. (Typical TA practice)
- Prepare, maintain, and update MIS reports for internal review.
Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters and hiring coordinators.
- Provide regular feedback and support to improve recruitment processes. (Best practice context)
Candidate Experience
- Ensure a smooth interview and onboarding experience for candidates. (Standard TA expectation)
- Communicate effectively at each stage of hiring. (Standard TA practice)
📋 Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to run TA functions independently and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with volume recruiting (voice/non‑voice & non‑IT).
- Comfortable handling senior stakeholders and escalations.
- MIS knowledge and comfort with reporting tools.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
🎓 Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree (preferred but not always mandatory).
- Experience in hiring for Asset Data Services, Fund Accounting, Private Equity, BFSI, etc.
📈 Work Environment
- Hybrid model — typically 3 days office, rest remote.
