Indigo Group is a Mumbai-headquartered diversified business conglomerate with businesses across Technology, Infrastructure, and Food Processing. As the Group expands its capital market activities, we are looking for professionals with merchant banking and transaction execution experience.

Role Overview

We are seeking a professional with experience in Merchant Banking, Capital Markets, IPO Advisory, or Investment Banking who can independently manage transaction execution, regulatory coordination, due diligence, and capital market documentation.

The ideal candidate should have worked on IPOs and other capital market transactions from a merchant banking or advisory perspective.

Key Responsibilities IPO & Capital Market Transactions

  • Assist in execution of IPO transactions.
  • Prepare and review DRHP, RHP and offer documents.
  • Coordinate with legal advisors, auditors, registrars and regulators.
  • Support listing process with Stock Exchanges and SEBI.
  • Manage transaction timelines and documentation.

Capital Raising

Support Execution Of

  • Debt Issuances
  • Buyback Transactions

Due Diligence & Documentation

  • Conduct legal, financial and commercial due diligence.
  • Prepare transaction documentation and compliance checklists.
  • Coordinate documentation among stakeholders.
  • Support valuation and financial documentation processes.

Regulatory Coordination

  • Liaise with SEBI, Stock Exchanges, Depositories and other regulators.
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI ICDR Regulations and applicable guidelines.
  • Coordinate regulatory submissions and approvals.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with promoters, management teams, legal advisors, auditors and consultants.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare presentations and transaction reports for management.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA (Finance)
  • CA
  • CFA (Preferred)
  • Company Secretary (added advantage but not mandatory)

Experience

  • 2–6 years in Merchant Banking, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Transaction Advisory or Corporate Finance.
  • Experience working on IPOs or capital market transactions is mandatory.
  • Exposure to fundraising, due diligence and transaction execution is preferred.
