Maintaining documents related to the breakdowns and machines Updated Machine History on daily basis

Poka Yoke check sheet verification Adherence of Poka Yoke verification as per schedule

Maintenance (Utility equipments) Ensuring daily checking of utility panels. No. of instance utility panels checking not done as per schedule.
