Assistant Manager-Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance:
  
  

Develop & execute schedules for inspections, testing, & servicing electrical panels, motors, transformers, & control systems.

• Troubleshooting & Repair:
  
  

Diagnose & fix complex electrical faults, break downs, & malfunctions, minimizing downtime.

• Installation & Modification:
  
  

Install, maintain, & upgrade electrical wiring, fixtures, control systems (PLC, SCADA), & instrumentation.

• Safety & Compliance:
  
  

Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and environmental regulations.

• Documentation & Reporting:
  
  

Maintain detailed logs of maintenance, repairs, parts used, and generate reports for management.

• Inventory Management:
  
  

Manage spare parts, track usage, and procure necessary components.

• Team Collaboration:
  
  

Work with maintenance technicians, operations teams, and contractors, sometimes providing technical guidance or supervising.

• Continuous Improvement:
  
  

Identify root causes of failures, suggest corrective actions, & propose upgrades for better reliability, safety, & cost reduction.
