Dredging: Over the past few years, we have evolved from a basic dredging company to a comprehensive dredging services provider. We are the largest dredging organization for the past two decades, offering a diverse range of services including maintenance dredging, capital dredging, and environmental dredging solutions.

Job Purpose:Team Member - Customer Relations supports client relationship management, leveraging knowledge of dredging operations and CRM systems to boost growth and satisfaction through effective communication and tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera and MS Project.
• Coordinate with planning team at HO, project managers, works managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to align timelines.
• Monitor progress against baseline schedules and update forecasts.
• Production Monitoring
• Track performance of dredgers, EMEs at reclamation site, daily output, and resource utilization.
• Prepare production reports and analyze efficiency trends.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose corrective measures.
• Costing & Budget Control
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for new dredging and reclamation works.
• Monitor actual costs vs. budget and highlight variances.
• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Use Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint to prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Provide insights into productivity, cost efficiency, and project KPIs.
• Prepare Project closure reports with detailed analysis.
• Prepare periodical performance reports of the dredgers and Project progress reports.
• Maintain accurate records of production, costs, and project milestones.
  

🛠️ Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of dredging and land reclamation processes.
• Expertise in Primavera for project scheduling and tracking.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, hydrographic survey data, and dredger logs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Team collaboration with cross-functional departments (operations, finance, procurement)
  
  

Qualifications

Education Qualification:

• BE/BTech (Civil, Mechanical, Harbor Engineering), ME/MTECH/MBA (preferable)
  
  

Work Experience (Range Of Years)

• 3 - 10 years of relevant experience with same field
• min. 3 years of experience in dredging industry (preferable)
