About The Role
The role holder will lead end-to-end brand strategy, growth, and execution for assigned skincare brands/categories. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, consumer insights, innovation, and commercial acumen, with full ownership of launches, campaigns, and business performance.

About The Role
The role holder will lead end-to-end brand strategy, growth, and execution for assigned skincare brands/categories. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, consumer insights, innovation, and commercial acumen, with full ownership of launches, campaigns, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Growth
- Own brand positioning, architecture, and annual brand plans.
- Drive short- and long-term growth strategies for assigned skincare brands.
- Translate consumer insights into actionable brand and product opportunities.
- Partner with NPD, R&D, packaging, sourcing, and regulatory teams for new product development.
- Lead concept development, product claims, pricing, and portfolio planning.
- Build and manage a robust skincare innovation pipeline.
- Lead 360° marketing campaigns across digital, influencer, e-commerce, retail, and BTL
- Own brand storytelling, content strategy, influencer direction, and media inputs.
- Ensure strong brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
- Own brand KPIs including revenue, market share, awareness, consideration, and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with sales, e-commerce, and category teams to drive performance.
- Manage brand budgets, forecasts, and agency spends efficiently.
- Manage creative, media, influencer, PR, and research agencies.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.
- Strong understanding of cosmetics formulation, packaging, and manufacturing.
- Experience across color cosmetics, skincare, or personal care.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Strong commercial acumen (pricing, margins, cost structures).
- Data-driven, consumer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Brand Management, or Strategy from a reputed institute (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Mass Communication.
- Strong skincare experience is mandatory.
- Experience in FMCG, Beauty, D2C, or Consumer Brands.
- Proven track record in brand launches and scale-up initiatives.
- Digital-first and influencer-led marketing exposure. Experience across e-commerce, modern trade, and D2C channels. Data-driven decision-making mindset.
