Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Assistant Manager for Business Development to join our team in Chandigarh. In this on-site role, you will play a key part in identifying business growth opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include client prospecting, market research, preparing detailed proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams for project execution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and analytical capabilities to foster the company’s growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in market research and business analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Experience in sales strategy formulation and meeting sales targets in a timely manner.
• Organizational and project coordination skills to manage client deliverables effectively.
• Relevant experience in business development or sales roles; experience in similar industries preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are an advantage.
• Proactive, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
