Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Assistant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth running of our bake shop. The ideal candidate should be passionate about customer service, quality control, and efficient store management while leading the team to achieve sales and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the bake shop.
• Ensure smooth coordination between production, sales, and service teams.
• Supervise staff performance, assign duties, and manage shift schedules.
• Maintain high standards of product quality, display, and hygiene.
• Monitor inventory, place orders for ingredients and packaging materials.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Handle billing, cash reconciliation, and daily sales reporting.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive in-store experience.
• Support in planning and implementing sales promotions or festive offers.
• Report operational updates to senior management and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing or assisting operations in a bakery, café, or F&B outlet.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of bakery production and inventory management preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Candidates from or residing in Thrissur are highly preferred.

Salary: Based on Experience and Performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹27,446.63 per month

Work Location: In person
