Position Purpose
BNP Paribas Asset Management is part of BNP Paribas Group and is responsible for the process of managing and monitoring assets, on behalf of individual and corporate clients. BNPP AM offers funds and mandates towards its clients. These funds & mandates are managed by Portfolio Managers, who are based in different locations across the globe.
Investment Operations is responsible for handling and monitoring all services, in order that the Portfolio Managers can manage daily their portfolios.
The role of Reconciliations within operations, is essential to ensure that all information in our position keeping tools is accurate and in line with service providers and client expectations. As a Reconciliation administrator, you will be responsible for providing to client’s precise data by identifying any potential discrepancies in cash and positions and investigating accordingly. Contribute to a continuous improvement of processes.

Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Ensure the daily Cash, ETD & Securities reconciliation between bank statements received from custodians / various clearing agents versus our position-keeping tool and the cash publishing activity are performed with the stipulated time.
- Liaise with portfolio managers, service providers and various teams within Ops to maintain the accuracy as per the specification in our position-keeping tool. Update internal reports and monitor outstanding breaks in cooperation with custodians, accountants, clearers and teams within investment Ops.
- Coaching, developing and motivating team members.
- Encourage a collaborative, high‑ownership culture, conduct regular huddles and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
- Ensure all daily reconciliations are executed, validated, and signed‑off within agreed cut‑offs.
- Review and approve exception handling and resolution plans, own escalation to senior management when thresholds are breached.
- Lead root‑cause analysis for high‑impact breaks & coordinate investigations with various stake holders.
- Maintain superior rapport with internal and external clients.
- Place controls & checks and ensure that the team is following the same.
- Participate in regular conference calls with counterparts.
- Responsible for the implementation of procedures & validation of checklists up to date.
- To assist Management - in undertaking various administrative activities & other ad-hoc duties as may be required from time-to time.
- Must be prepared to work in any shift supporting Asia/Americas/European business hours.

- Knowledge of Investment Banking and Securities Market will be a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong MS Excel skills are required.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Ability to motivate, inspire and develop others.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Graduates (Finance preferred)
- Candidates should be willing and flexible to work in any shifts
