Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in the Spokane-Coeur d'Alene area. The Assistant will support daily operations, including administrative tasks, coordination of schedules, and communication with team members and leadership. The role also involves managing records, preparing reports, organizing meetings, and assisting in maintaining an efficient workflow within the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the team’s overall success.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle scheduling, task prioritization, and multi-tasking effectively
- Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, and experience in professional correspondence
- Detail-oriented with experience in record-keeping, data entry, and preparing accurate reports
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate and assist team members to achieve goals
- Technical proficiency with office software applications and tools commonly used in administrative roles
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is an asset
- Associate’s degree or equivalent educational background in business administration or a relevant field preferred
