Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Interior Designer, based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Assistant Interior Designer will assist in the planning and execution of interior design projects, including space planning, creating construction drawings, and selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). The role involves active collaboration with senior designers, documentation of design concepts, and site visits, ensuring project plans are accurately implemented.

Qualifications

• Skills in Space Planning, Interior Design, and FF&E selection
• Proficiency in Conceptual & Schematic Presentation and Construction Drawings
• Attention to detail and an eye for design aesthetics
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools with V-Ray, Photoshop & Canva
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate with clients and contractors
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Experience working with sustainable design practices is advantageous
