Job Responsibility

Operation, Electrical/ Mechanical maintenance of HVAC equipment & maintain activity reports
Fault finding & rectification of HVAC system.
Breakdown and Preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment and maintain activity reports.
Co-ordinate with engineer and CFT for observe deficiency in HVAC system functioning.
Follow cGMP for the perform activity and recording of data.
Adhere to safety protocols at all times, not only for your own well-being but also to ensure the safety of others.
Respond to maintenance requests and resolve HVAC-related issues promptly.
Ensure all operations comply with safety codes, regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate with other maintenance and engineering staff for integrated facility support.
Participate in emergency response activities and after-hours support as required.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians or external contractors as needed

Skills

HVAC System Operation & Maintenance - Intermediate

Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance - Intermediate

Knowledge of Air Handling Units (AHU), Chillers, Cooling Towers, VRF/VRV Systems - Intermediate

Reading Technical Drawings & Schematics - expert

Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance -Intermediate

GDP / GMP - expert

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: ITI / Diploma

Experience: 1-4 Years.
