Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Faridabad for an Assistant General Manager Sales Marketing. The role involves overseeing sales and marketing strategies, managing customer satisfaction, ensuring smooth coordination across teams, and driving business growth. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, building strong relationships with customers, mentoring and managing sales teams, and collaborating with various departments to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 20+ experience in Cable industry is mandatory.
• MBA preferred.
• Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
• Expertise in General Management and Team Management to lead and motivate teams effectively
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with the cable and wire industry is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Faridabad and effectively engage with local teams and clients
