Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Film Director role located in Coimbatore. The Assistant Film Director will collaborate with senior directors and production teams, assist in scriptwriting and storyboarding, provide creative input during the pre-production phase, and oversee on-set activities. Responsibilities also include supporting the coordination of filming schedules, ensuring production quality is maintained, and overseeing post-production tasks to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Film Direction and strong understanding of the filmmaking process
• Experience in Scriptwriting and ability to develop and refine creative content
• Knowledge in Video Production, including managing camera work and visual storytelling
• Capability to oversee Post-Production processes such as editing, sound design, and visual effects
• Understanding of Film Production, from planning to execution
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced on-site environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred
