Educational And Other Qualification Required

 Full Time Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized university/ Institute

 Minimum 5 years of work experience in Civil / Construction Field

 Knowledge and experience of working on AutoCAD and other related software

 Knowledge and experience of MS Office

Job Profile

 Contract management and administration.

 Supervision and monitoring of day-to-day construction activities.

 Quality control and ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

 Knowledge of IS codes provisions for Construction activities.

 Site measurements, quantity verification, contractor billing, and cost control.

 Preparation of BOQs, estimates, rate analysis (SOR/DSR), and tender documents.

 Review of AutoCAD drawings, GFC drawings, and execution drawings.

 Basic Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project.

 Coordination with PMC, Architects, Structural/MEP Consultants, Contractors, and other stakeholders.

 Processing administrative approvals, technical sanctions, and project documentation.

 Maintaining project records, drawings, correspondence, billing documents, and document control systems.

 Supervision of repair, maintenance, and infrastructure development works within the campus.

 Preparation of progress reports and ensuring timely completion of projects within approved quality, cost, and schedule.

 Any other work given by your supervisor
