Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Executive role based in Gurugram. The role involves managing day-to-day client interactions, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. The individual will maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers, coordinate between internal teams and clients, and support pre- and post-sales activities to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include tracking customer feedback, preparing regular reports, supporting relationship-building initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement in service delivery. The role also requires proactive communication with clients regarding project updates, service performance, and additional value-added solutions.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure positive client experiences and prompt issue resolution.
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations to build, nurture, and retain long-term customer partnerships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple client accounts, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic understanding of industrial or engineering solutions; exposure to environmental or air pollution control technologies is an advantage.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and digital communication platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, customer-oriented mindset, and readiness to work on-site in Gurugram.
