As an Assistant Consultant Project Manager in our Secure Government division, you'll be part of our Transformation Solutions Practice. Your role will be to help our clients maximise the benefit of digital transformation and enable innovative ways of working. Working directly with clients, you'll be supported to identify, shape and manage better delivery capabilities. You'll have all the support you need to lead your own work packages and work as part of Agile delivery teams across our markets.

Your role
- Provide essential support across project delivery activities.
- Ensure work is organised, documented and progressing as expected.
- Assist with scheduling, governance and reporting tasks.
- Support risk tracking and maintenance of key project artefacts.
- Help teams operate efficiently across delivery activities.
- Work closely with project managers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Gather data to support decision‑making and delivery coordination.
- Support coordination across workstreams.
- Contribute to client‑ready materials and documentation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate tasks and track progress.
- Clear communication skills to support collaboration across teams.
- Ability to maintain project documentation and support governance activity.
- Confidence preparing reports, meeting materials and delivery artefacts.
- Analytical skills to gather data and support decision‑making.
- Awareness of project delivery methods, with interest in structured and agile approaches.
- Proactive mindset, willing to take ownership of tasks with guidance.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Experience working in a project environment.
