Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kottayam for an Accountant. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records, reconciling accounts, managing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Additional responsibilities include preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, processing invoices, and working closely with other team members to maintain accurate financial data.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial reporting, financial analysis, and account reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and bookkeeping
• Experience with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA or equivalent are a plus
• Experience in a similar role or within the consultancy sector is an advantage
