Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Branch Manager based in Samastipur. The Assistant Branch Manager will oversee daily operations of the branch, support branch staff to meet sales and service objectives, and foster customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing the team, optimizing financial performance, maintaining compliance standards, and driving sales to meet business targets. The role requires collaboration with various teams to execute strategies and ensure the smooth functioning of branch activities.

- Operational and administrative skills, including compliance management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Proficiency in business planning and strategic thinking to implement and monitor sales and service strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is highly desirable.
