Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Branch Manager based in Vijayawada. The Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing team performance, ensuring service quality, managing day-to-day branch operations, and achieving sales and operational targets. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with team members, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. The role requires strategic planning, strong leadership, and customer relationship management.

Qualifications

• Team management and leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
• Experience in customer relationship management and addressing client needs
• Strong organizational and time management skills for managing operations and meeting deadlines
• Basic knowledge of sales, target setting, and achieving operational goals
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to branch operations
• Willingness to work on-site in Vijayawada
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in pest control services or a similar industry is a plus
