Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant based in Tirunelveli, with flexibility for remote work. The Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist in tasks essential for the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities will also include communication with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining records, and contributing to project-related tasks as required.


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Attention to detail, data management, and record-keeping skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a hybrid work environment.
  • Familiarity with office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Problem-solving, adaptability, and a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
  • Experience in an administrative or assistant role is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, but experience and skills will also be considered.
