Assistant to CMO

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and digitally savvy Assistant to the CMO who can support marketing initiatives while also helping manage the operational flow of the CMO’s office.

As the CMO’s role spans marketing strategy, brand partnerships, events, and business initiatives, this position requires someone who can drive marketing execution while ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external partners.

This is a high-trust, high-exposure role suited for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Digital Coordination

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing initiatives, including content strategy, Meta advertising, and SEO coordination.
  • Work closely with digital marketing agencies to ensure timely campaign execution and performance tracking.
  • Support content planning across social media and brand communication channels.

Agency & Media Liaison

  • Coordinate with external partners including:
  • PR agencies
  • Digital marketing agencies
  • Media houses and publishing platforms
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, content, and brand features.
  • Communicate feedback, approvals, and campaign updates on behalf of the CMO where required.

Internal Coordination

  • Liaise with internal departments such as sales, operations, and design teams to ensure marketing initiatives are executed smoothly.
  • Track deliverables, follow up on tasks, and ensure projects are completed within timelines.

Executive Support

  • Manage the CMO’s calendar, meetings, and scheduling priorities.
  • Follow up with internal teams and external partners on ongoing tasks and commitments.
  • Ensure all assigned initiatives and discussions are properly tracked and followed through.

Operational & Personal Coordination

  • Coordinate with external service providers including lifestyle managers and personal service partners when required.
  • Assist in organizing schedules, commitments, and day-to-day operational priorities.


Key Skills & Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or executive support roles.
  • Working knowledge of content strategy, Meta ads, and SEO fundamentals.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up abilities.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
