Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Trainer

About the Role

We are looking for an AI & ML Trainer who can bridge the gap between academic learning and applied machine intelligence. The role involves teaching, mentoring, and helping learners build practical AI solutions using Azure Machine Learning, Python, and Copilot tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct sessions on Machine Learning, Deep Learning (Vision, NLP, LLMs), and Generative AI using Azure ML, AutoML, and Copilot Studio.
2. Mentor students through capstone projects — from data preparation to model deployment.
3. Demonstrate AI integrations with Azure Cognitive Services and Copilot automation.
4. Guide learners in understanding responsible AI, model evaluation, and MLOps pipelines.
5. Support learners in preparing for Microsoft AI certifications
6. Collaborate with curriculum and research teams to design cutting-edge AI projects aligned with industry case studies.

Preferred Skills

1. Hands-on experience with Azure ML, Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
2. Knowledge of LLMs, Copilot Studio, and Azure Cognitive Services.
3. Strong grounding in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
5. Experience in teaching or mentoring in AI/ML domains.
