Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Part-Time AI Engineer specializing in agent systems to join Findiy’s core technology team. The engineer will work on designing, building, and improving autonomous AI agents that interact with enterprise data, users, and marketplace signals.

This role involves hands-on development of agent architectures, orchestration logic, and tool integrations, working closely with the product founder.

The candidate will also take ownership of the core AI infrastructure layer, ensuring that the agents are scalable, reliable, and context-aware.

Key Responsibilities AI Agent Development
  • Design and implement LLM-powered agents for different stakeholders such as retailers, brands, and distributors.
  • Build agent workflows capable of performing tasks such as:
  • supplier discovery
  • demand analysis
  • product recommendation
  • outreach automation
  • Develop tool-using agents capable of interacting with APIs, databases, and marketplace data.


Agent Orchestration & Reasoning
  • Implement multi-agent orchestration systems where multiple agents collaborate to complete tasks.
  • Design frameworks for:
  • task decomposition
  • agent memory
  • contextual decision making
  • Improve reasoning pipelines for complex business queries.


Data & Knowledge Integration
  • Integrate structured and unstructured data sources including:
  • ERP data
  • product catalog data
  • marketplace signals
  • Build retrieval pipelines and vector databases for knowledge grounding.


System Optimization
  • Improve latency, cost efficiency, and reliability of AI agent execution.
  • Develop logging, monitoring, and evaluation systems for agent performance.


Collaboration
  • Work closely with the CTO and product team to translate business workflows into agent capabilities.
  • Provide technical feedback and architectural guidance on AI system design.
Required Skills Core AI Skills
  • Strong experience with LLM-based application development
  • Experience with AI agent frameworks such as:
  • LangChain
  • LlamaIndex
  • custom agent frameworks
  • Deep Agent

    • Backend & Infrastructure
    • Proficiency in Python
    • Experience with:
    • REST APIs
    • database integrations
    • vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, etc.)

    • AI Architecture
    • Understanding of:
    • RAG systems
    • embeddings
    • agent memory
    • prompt engineering
    • tool calling


    Engineering Practices
    • Experience with Git-based collaboration
    • Ability to design modular, scalable AI systems


    Preferred Experience

    • Prior work with multi-agent systems
    • Experience building AI copilots or autonomous task agents
    • Exposure to B2B SaaS or marketplace platforms
    • Familiarity with Next.js based product stacks

    Work Structure

    • Part-time engagement (approx. 3–4 hours/day)
    • Hybrid collaboration model

    • Weekly architecture discussions with the core team
