Role Description

This is an on-site internship role based in Nashik for an Article Assistant at SHARPS & Co. The Article Assistant will assist in tasks such as preparing financial statements, conducting audits, analyzing data, filing tax returns, managing documentation, and supporting the team with various business and taxation projects. The role will also involve regular interaction with clients and team collaboration to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation
• Proficiency in using accounting software and tools
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication abilities for client interactions and teamwork
• Proactivity, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to dynamic work scenarios
• Enrollment in a Chartered Accountancy program or related field of study
• Prior coursework or knowledge of audit processes and compliance regulations is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is a plus
