This role is responsible for the monitoring and executing MEP works at site as per the drawings.

Job Description

• Plan, monitor, and execute MEP works as per project schedule and design specifications.
• Supervise site activities.
• Review drawings, technical specifications, and provide necessary inputs for execution.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for resolving site-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory compliances.
• Prepare and review work progress reports, measurements, and billing support.
• Identify risks and propose corrective actions to avoid delays or cost overruns.

• Should be able to monitor the concrete works at site.
