We are looking for a warm, articulate, and experience-driven Showroom Manager to lead our Agra Experience Center. This role is less about aggressive selling and more about creating meaningful customer experiences through storytelling, relationship building, and exceptional hospitality.

The ideal candidate should have a refined understanding of luxury retail, strong client-handling abilities, and the confidence to represent the brand with elegance and authenticity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage clients visiting the showroom with warmth and professionalism.
  • Create immersive customer experiences by narrating the brand story, craftsmanship, artisan journey, and design philosophy.
  • Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, HNI clients, and walk-in customers.
  • Ensure the showroom reflects premium visual merchandising and luxury service standards at all times.
  • Guide customers through collections, materials, textures, and customization possibilities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for customer queries, follow-ups, and order support.
  • Organize and support in-store events, designer visits, and client experiences.
  • Maintain daily showroom operations, team coordination, and customer records.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction, engagement, and long-term relationship building rather than direct sales pressure.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Strong personality with polished client-handling abilities.
  • Experience in luxury retail, interiors, lifestyle, home décor, hospitality, or experiential retail preferred.
  • Ability to create memorable customer interactions and elevate brand perception.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of premium customer experience.
  • Comfortable working with architects, designers, and luxury clientele.
  • Presentable, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Preferred Background

Candidates from luxury home décor brands, premium retail, hospitality, art galleries, interior design studios, or lifestyle brands will be preferred.

Experience

  • 4–8 years of relevant experience in showroom management, luxury retail, hospitality, or customer experience roles.
