Job Description

Purpose of the Role

Drive new vehicle sales across assigned dealerships to achieve volume, market share, and customer experience targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through forecasting, promotions, and pipeline management.
  • Drive dealer performance by managing relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring process compliance.
  • Monitor enquiries, conversions, bulk deals, and B2B sales to improve volumes and market share.
  • Support and train dealer sales teams, manage incentives, and improve productivity.
  • Coordinate with finance, logistics, and internal teams for claims, billing, and timely deliveries.
  • Ensure best-in-class customer experience through SSI implementation and complaint resolution.
  • Support network expansion, handhold new dealers, and track competition activities and market trends.


Stakeholder Management

  • Internal: RM/ZM, Finance, Logistics, Network, CRM
  • External: Dealers, Financiers, BTL/ATL agencies, Fleet operators


Desired Candidate Profile

  • BE/B.Tech or MBA preferred
  • 10-15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Automobile or related industries)
