Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Chennai. The Area Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities will include managing and growing client relationships, overseeing sales performance, training and mentoring the sales team, and identifying new market opportunities. The role also involves delivering quality service to clients while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications
- Strong Sales, Business Development, and Market Analysis skills
- Proven ability in Client Relationship Management and Customer Retention
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership skills
- Understanding of Financial Markets, Investment Products, and Regulatory Compliance
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the stock broking or financial services industry is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
