This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an Area Sales Manager – Dealer Development & Channel Sales. The responsibilities include managing dealer networks, developing relationships with channel partners, driving sales growth, achieving sales targets, and identifying new market opportunities. The role also involves overseeing sales operations, analyzing market trends, creating business strategies, and ensuring a strong connection between the company and its dealers and distributors.

• Strong experience in channel sales and dealer development, including a proven track record in managing dealer networks and driving sales growth.
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop effective business strategies for sales expansion.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to collaborate with channel partners and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with the office, home, and residential product segments is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in sales reporting, planning, and CRM tools to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
