Sales Associate – Onsite (Jaipur)

Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, understanding their workflows and business challenges, and recommending Marble Ledgers’ ERP platform as the solution to optimize their operations. You will work primarily on-site to build relationships with marble industry professionals, demonstrate product value, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients (marble traders, distributors, manufacturers) through on-site visits, demos, and follow-ups
• Understand customer business processes, pain points, and operational needs
• Present and demonstrate how Marble Ledgers ERP can streamline inventory, sales, finance, reporting, and staff management
• Clearly explain product features, pricing structures, deployment options, and business benefits
• Drive the sales cycle from initial lead engagement through negotiation and closure
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM with lead interactions and progress
• Collaborate with product, implementation, and support teams to ensure customer success

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
• Consultative sales approach with the ability to understand complex business operations
• Familiarity with ERP systems and software-based business solutions
• Comfortable conducting on-site meetings and demos with decision-makers
• Ability to manage pipeline, follow-up consistently, and close deals
• Experience in B2B sales, technology, or industrial software is preferred
