This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager based in Kochi, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales efforts in their assigned region by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and managing accounts. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, executing strategic sales plans, coordinating with the marketing team, managing key account negotiations, and conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities. They will also ensure excellent customer service and represent the Almond brand with professionalism.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in meeting and exceeding targets
• Proficiency in market research and understanding of customer needs
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving capabilities with the ability to propose effective solutions
• Proven experience in the sales or interior design industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license
