CareMedica is a fast-growing healthcare and hygiene company focused on providing quality adult diapers, pant-style diapers, underpads, wipes, and other healthcare products. We are expanding our distribution network across India and are looking for dynamic sales professionals to join our growth journey.

• Appoint and manage distributors within the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and expand the distribution network.
• Generate secondary sales through market visits and retailer engagement.
• Conduct joint working with distributor sales teams.
• Identify new business opportunities in pharmacies, hospitals, institutions, and general trade.
• Ensure proper stock availability and inventory management at distributor points.
• Implement company schemes, promotions, and market activation activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
• Submit timely sales reports and territory updates.

• Minimum 2-5 years of FMCG, Healthcare, OTC, Personal Care, Hygiene, or Medical Device sales experience.
• Proven track record of distributor appointment and market development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Existing distributor and retailer network will be an added advantage.
