Role Requirements

  • Revenue Generation: You will be responsible for generating sales and meeting revenue targets for the region.
  • Target-Oriented: You should have a strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales revenue and achieve monthly/quarterly targets for the assigned territory
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, physiotherapists, and hospital administrators
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Work closely with Product Specialists for technical discussions and demos
  • Manage and track the sales pipeline, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Appoint and manage channel partners/distributors where required
  • Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups
  • Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback
  • Participate in medical conferences, workshops, and events to promote products
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit regular sales reports.
