Job Description
We are looking for an experienced retail professional to lead store operations, drive team performance. Evaluate the performance of the sales team, and prepare concise sales and stock reports that can guide better store health.
Role Responsibilities:
Scope of Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned stores, ensuring compliance with SOPs and maintaining consistent brand standards.
- Coordinate with store teams to ensure efficient functioning, timely execution of tasks, and alignment with company objectives.
Consumer Excellence
- Drive high-quality consumer experiences by monitoring service standards and identifying improvement areas in customer interaction.
- Assess store staff performance, identify skill gaps, and implement targeted training programs to improve service quality.
- Review store layouts to optimize product visibility, consumer flow, and in-store experience.
- Collect, review, and interpret consumer feedback to identify service gaps and implement timely improvements.
- Compile structured consumer feedback reports and share them with the Head Office for strategic decision-making.
Store Health Management
- Monitor overall store health including inventory accuracy, store upkeep, visual presentation, and operational compliance.
- Track inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent shortages or discrepancies. Identify slow-moving or non-performing SKUs and recommend corrective merchandising or promotional actions.
Sales Management & Performance Review
- Set store and product-wise sales targets aligned with organizational goals and monitor performance regularly.
- Track performance metrics including attach ratio, units per transaction (UPT), and conversion rates to identify improvement areas.
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews comparing targets versus achievements, and develop action plans for improvement.
- Guide store teams in implementing sales strategies, improving conversion, and achieving category-level targets.
- Ensure timely execution of sales plans, promotions, and campaigns to drive consistent revenue growth.
Data Management
- System inventory and physical inventories to match at all times.
- Ensure data is flown seamlessly to the back office at regular intervals.
- Develop data insights to help the store and teams to grow business and individual careers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (MBА preferred).
- 4-8 years of experience in multi-store retail operations or area management roles. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams, interpret data, and drive performance improvements.
- Ability to travel frequently across assigned locations.
