Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District for an Area Sales Head. The selected candidate will lead and manage sales initiatives, develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets, and oversee a team of sales professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the sales team's performance aligns with organizational goals. Additionally, the Area Sales Head will identify new business opportunities and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills for driving revenue and developing strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Candidate must have minimum 2 years experience in Banks, NBFC or corporate DSA
  • Proven expertise in Account Management to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Sound Team Management skills, including mentoring and fostering a high-performing sales team
  • Analytical Skills to assess market trends, track key performance metrics, and optimize sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the construction or technology industry is an advantage
