PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Responsible for developing present and surrounding locations for LAS
- Develop and manage the book and deliver Net AUM growth
- Enhance customer engagement regularly and provide wow customer experience
- Acquire new clients
- Drive multi product cross-sell and generate fee income
- Risk maintenance for clients
- Maintain the required pricing, revenue generation
- Initiate visibilities in cities where our visibility is low

Educational Qualifications
- Qualifications
- Graduation, Preferred: Post-graduation
- Work Experience
- 5-6 years in relevant industry
- Prior experience with channel partner management, relationship management and cross-selling
- Strong sales background
- Knowledge of LAS industry and business domain is a must
- Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation skills.
- Excellent Team Management & Interpersonal Skills.
- Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self - starter.
