Function Name : SIL Developer Lead

Experience : 5 - 8 Years

Location : Bengaluru Karnataka

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners - 15 Days only

Job Summary:

As a SIL Development Lead, you will drive the design, development, and delivery of SIL (Software-in-the-Loop) solutions for virtual ECU environments. You will lead a team of engineers to virtualize production software, integrate plant models, and ensure high-fidelity simulation aligned with customer requirements. This role demands strong technical expertise in Embedded C, AUTOSAR architecture, and virtualization techniques, combined with leadership skills to manage cross-functional collaboration and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Planning:
Lead SIL development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
Mentor and guide a team of SIL engineers, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
Define SIL architecture and simulation strategies for complex automotive systems.
Technical Execution:
Oversee development and integration of virtual ECUs based on AUTOSAR architecture.
Ensure robust interfaces between SIL environment, plant models, communication buses, and automation tools.
Optimize simulation performance for large-scale system integration and debugging.
Collaboration:
Work closely with global teams, product owners, and testing teams to align SIL solutions with project goals.
Coordinate with stakeholders for requirement analysis and technical reviews.

Mandatory Skills : Embedded C, SIL Development, Autosar, Vecu, Virtualisation & ECU's

Required Qualifications:

Strong background in Embedded Systems and SIL development.
Proficiency in Embedded C and AUTOSAR architecture.
Experience with virtualization tools (e.g., Synopsys Silver) and plant model simulation (MATLAB/Simulink).
Expertise in communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and CoM stack simulation.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git/Bitbucket) and build systems (Make/CMake).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in scripting and automation (Python, Bash).
Exposure to AUTOSAR configuration artifacts (ARXML, A2L, NVM).
Knowledge of FMI/FMU-based simulation and test automation frameworks.
Prior experience in leading SIL development teams and managing project deliverables.
