Area Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Manager based in Bengaluru. The Area Manager will oversee day-to-day security operations, manage and deploy security personnel, and coordinate with clients to ensure seamless security services. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, training security teams, and managing crisis response initiatives. The role requires regular communication with stakeholders and proactive problem-solving to meet organizational and client security objectives.

• Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise security personnel and ensure top performance.
• Expertise in risk assessment, crisis management, and security protocol development.
• Experience in handling operations such as manned guarding, electronic surveillance, and access control.
• Effective communication and client relationship management skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under high-pressure scenarios.
• Proficiency in security-relevant technologies and tools, including electronic sensors, surveillance systems, and IT security.
• Background in investigations, business continuity planning, and emergency services is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in security management, business administration, or related fields.
• Previous experience in security management or a related role, particularly in high-risk or critical environments, is a plus.
