Candidates with a Civil Engineering qualification are not eligible to apply. Only B. Arch graduates will be considered for this position.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our design team. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative architectural concepts, preparing drawings, coordinating with consultants, and supporting project execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop architectural design concepts and detailed drawings.

● Prepare presentation drawings, 3D views, and working drawings.

● Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.

● Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.

● Prepare BOQs and assist in material selection.

● Communicate with clients to understand requirements and present proposals.

● Ensure projects comply with local building codes and regulations.

● Assist in project documentation and approvals. Required Skills

● Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop (Revit preferred).

● Strong design and visualization skills.

● Knowledge of construction methods and materials.

● Understanding of building bye-laws and approval processes.

● Good communication and presentation skills.

● Ability to work in a team and manage deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B. Arch).

● Council of Architecture registration (preferred).
