Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Pune City. The Architect will work on the design and development of residential, commercial, and institutional projects, from concept through construction documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing architectural drawings and 3D presentations, coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultants, and ensuring design compliance with local codes and regulations. The role involves conducting site visits, participating in client meetings, and supporting project execution to maintain quality, timelines, and budgets. The Architect will collaborate closely with senior team members to refine design solutions, integrate feedback, and contribute to the firm’s overall design standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and tracking project deliverables.
• Candidates should possess basic understanding of Integration between architectural design and engineering disciplines, ensuring cohesive and buildable solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution; professional registration or eligibility is an advantage.
• Knowledge of local building codes, bye-laws, and approval processes in Pune and Maharashtra.
• Strong visual communication skills, including drafting, modeling, and preparation of client-facing presentations.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site, handle multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail under deadlines.
