We are seeking a talented Architect with experience in the real estate industry to design and manage residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The role involves creating innovative, functional, and sustainable designs while ensuring compliance with local regulations and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, layouts, and concepts for real estate projects
• Prepare drawings, plans, and specifications using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure design alignment
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
• Oversee project design from concept to execution
• Conduct site visits and support construction teams during execution
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and interior designers
• Review and approve design changes and project documentation
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Understanding of construction methods and materials
