Role Description This opportunity is for young Architects role at Incredible Des!gn is a contract, hybrid position based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Architect will translate client requirements into architectural concepts for projects. Also develop detailed designs for exhibits, event spaces, retail environments, and brand-focused installations. Day-to-day responsibilities include concept drawing preparations, coordinating technical specifications, integrating structural and experiential elements, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners. The Architect will participate in project planning, ensure design quality and feasibility, conduct site visits as needed, and support end-to-end execution from concept to completion. Regular communication with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary stakeholders is expected to maintain alignment on design objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in concept development and detailed design documentation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, digital workflows, or interactive and experiential installations.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Architecture or a related field, proficiency in CAD/BIM and 3D visualization software, and knowledge of building codes and standards are beneficial.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in exhibit or event design, strong communication and presentation abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively in a hybrid and multicultural environment.
