Are you an experienced FLS professional with a strong track record in Civil Defense approvals and on-site supervision? OSHArabia is looking for a detail-oriented Architect Engineer to join our growing consulting team and contribute to creating safer built environments across Saudi Arabia.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing Fire & Life Safety (FLS) layouts and technical documentation
• Managing Civil Defense submissions and securing approvals
• Conducting on-site supervision of Fire Fighting (FF) and Fire Alarm (FA) system installations
• Applying Saudi Building Code (SBC) standards across all project phases
• Contributing to technical reports and client-facing deliverables

✅ You Must Have (applications missing these will not be considered)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FLS consulting
• Hands-on experience with Civil Defense submissions and approvals
• Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (Engineer level or higher)
• Solid knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC)
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent)
• Strong technical report writing skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)
• Familiarity with NFPA codes or international FLS standards
