Description

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM & Power Platform Solution Architect with 9+ years of relevant experience to design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

Define and own end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solution designs
Design enterprise integration strategies and architecture across Microsoft and third-party systems
Establish and govern architecture standards, design principles, and best practices
Ensure solution scalability, performance optimization, security, and compliance requirements
Lead architecture reviews, technical workshops, and stakeholder discussions
Define and implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and DevOps strategies
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and project teams
Evaluate emerging technologies and platform capabilities to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Collaborate with business, technical, and enterprise architecture teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements

9+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies
Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE), Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Dataverse
Strong architecture experience across integration patterns, data modeling, and security architecture
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Azure ecosystem
Experience designing multi-environment strategies
Strong governance experience in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Kit (preferred)
Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives (preferred)
PL-600 certification (Mandatory)
Azure Architect certification (Preferred)
