Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Rajasthan, India. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction and execution of architectural projects. Daily tasks will include creating project blueprints, developing creative and functional design solutions, collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, and coordinating with construction teams to ensure compliance with design plans and building regulations. The role requires keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Design, Space Planning, and 3D Modeling
• Competence in using architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
• Knowledge of Building Codes, Construction Standards, and Sustainability Practices
• Project Management and Team Collaboration skills
• Strong Visualization and Creative Thinking abilities
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Client Management skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional licensure or certification in architecture is an advantage
• Prior experience in designing and executing commercial, residential, or urban projects is a plus
